I wanted to get in touch with HR as I need to provide details for a reference. The form which I am trying to complete is asking for an e mail address as well as a telephone number of my former employment . I have provided my TL's details but not his number or e mail address (but they do want both and they want 2 references and I cant go further with the application unless I provide the requested information ). Do you have this information at all ? The form I am completing wont accept a reference from a friend or relative.
You can provide details of your previous manager and they will complete the reference request or send to HR via an internal form for completion. There is not a public number or email that I can provide for a reference request. The address for HR is as follows: Unity Business Services, HR Ops
