HMRC take data protection very seriously so no one outside of recruitment will be able to view or access your personal information.

As stated already, you will need to reach out to the point of contact provided but based on what you have stated, I do not foresee any grounds for your application to be reconsidered but you might have further information that you should share with them only.

I recommend you set a personal deadline that is earlier than stated (I normally aim for three days at a minimum when submitting my own applications) so that you have plenty of time to finish any requirements but also if you do come across IT issues, that the points of contact have time to fix any issue.

Hi Mustafa,

Thank you for your response, unfortunately I wasn’t given three days to complete the tests. I received an email stating there was an IT glitch, I was only aware of one test not three. I received my last test 55 minutes before the deadline. That’s why I am asking for reconsideration, I can no longer find the job ad as it has expired, would you be able to locate a contact for compliance recruitment so I can explain the issue further.

Hi Samman, if you log into your Civil Service Jobs account and go into applications, have a look under "View unsuccessful, withdrawn and archived successful applications" - you should find the original advert there which will have the details for the vacancy holder / recruitment mailbox.
