Any tips for Video interviews? I have attended a few but my score has always been low.

Make sure you use the FULL time given when answering your questions. We are getting a LOT of people giving either too brief an answer, or talking a lot but not really meaning anything. AI is being used so much, buts its really obvious to us, as everyone is using the same responses!! And they don't really mean anything, or example what YOU have done to demonstrate a behaviour or skill.

I have experience of a customer service advisor and I used my own experience to demonstrate the situation. I use the STAR method. I do utilise the time given. However my score is always low. Could there be any other reason?

Maybe practice with someone, or record yourself. You may get feedback, or play it back and notice something you're missing. make sure you are giving your best friendly attitude, and that your answers are full of your experiences and skills.
