Hi, there are different teams depending on your query. If it's to do with an application contact: unitybusinessservicesrecruitmentresults@hmrc.gov.uk . Sometimes there is another contact email within certain adverts too, so check there just in case! Hope this helps!

Yes that's right. However, just check the advert/you application details in your account on C S Jobs, as some adverts have different teams dealing with them. It all depends on the job role. All contact details for the team dealing with checks or anything to do with your application will be listed in any correspondence you've had since submitting your application. 😊

Thank you but my job was offered through an agency so would that still be the same situation.

Hi, yes, the contact details should still be in any correspondence you've had. However, if you've only had contact via the agency then contact them with any queries. They will be your go-between, and find out anything you need to know.

To find out about your application you will need to check your Civil Service Jobs account, under 'Applications'. You should also get email updates when progress is made.
Depending on the size of the recruitment campaign, and the number of applications received, it can take a while to sift. But rest assured when progress is made your account will be updated, and an email sent.
