    I am not looking for a full-time position in civil service, but happy to offer a part-time contract role.

    I know too many cases of stealing taxpayers' money and have been doing it for over 20 years without getting caught. I don't understand how HMRC functions. In these tight-knit communities, they laugh so much about how easy it is to get extra benefits, avoid taxes, get to the council house etc.

    Well done. I reported a few cases, but nothing was done with HMRC.
