    You leave your current role and join TSP if successful. Take a look at our careers page for more in depth information https://www.civil-service-careers.gov.uk/hmrc-tax-specialist-programme/ It’s a 3-4 year training scheme, where you’ll be working on tax cases while also studying for exams.
