Is the User Researcher role no longer available? It appears live but when you try to apply it won't let you

I've just checked Civil Service Jobs and unfortunately it does not appear that HMRC have a role advertised. You can set up a job alerts from Civil Service Jobs for when the role is advertised again.

I've investigated to find out what has happened, it appears that the job has not been removed from the careers site but it has closed on Civil Service Jobs. The link you have provided links to Civil Service Jobs once you start to apply which is why it is not working. I have reported the issue to the team and I apologise for the experience you have had. All jobs should be removed from the careers site once they are closed. I hope that this experience does not dissuade you from applying in the future.
