Ability to design and maintain templates, calendars, and workflows.
Experience coordinating comms involving multiple teams or directorates.
Comfortable producing messaging suitable for wider audiences (HMRC-wide, crossgovernment forums, and verified external channels).

Essential Criteria:
  • Significant experience providing comms and engagement support to large-scale, complex cross-department transformation portfolios
  • Solid understanding of complex public sector/government stakeholders
  • Proven track record synthesising complex policy and programmatic information into clear, succinct and accessible comms
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including drafting ministerial submissions, briefings, correspondence, and lines to take
  • Excellent track record delivering measurable capability and skills uplift
  • Strong team leadership and team building skills
