Building effective relationships is an important part of the role. You will work with colleagues across the Estates Workplace Operations Team, HMRC Lines of Business, other government departments, Arm's Length Bodies, specialist site teams and external stakeholders, including neighbouring organisations, local authority resilience forums, emergency services and contractors.

You will also provide administrative and financial support, including monitoring spend and supporting funding requests for improvement works. You will take ownership of customer queries, complaints and escalated issues, working with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve timely resolutions and manage risks appropriately.

As you develop, you will have opportunities to take greater ownership of projects and improvement activity across the estate, building experience in facilities management, compliance, supplier and stakeholder management, and project delivery.
