Job Summary:

Enhanced visibility of current and projected capability through modelling which connects inputs decision and outputs

Current Operations Dashboard Dashboard that gives a ‘live’ view of the most up-to-date operations, through different layers (resource, work, process, systems)

Collation of Actuals The collation, aggregation (and measurement if applicable) of actual data from operation activity (e.g. case status, resource status, complaints, yield). The ongoing measurement of performance KPIs over time

Digital Representation A network-based ‘foundational model’ that defines all the modelled elements of capability and how they interact

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in delivering 0 > 1 product build
• Hands-on experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience in Graph (AWS Neptune)
• Proven experience in graph data modelling and relationship design
• Experience in data engineering including ETL pipeline development, data transformation and integration
• Strong programming in Python
• Experience in working with large and complex dataset
• Familiar with cloud platforms, AWS preferred
• Understanding network analysis and system modelling is a plus
