Thank you for your question. This page takes you to Working in Human Resources | Civil Service Careers page. When you join HMRC there is normally a learning pathway for the job that you are doing. I've not personally heard of plural sight. You can also have the opportunity to attain professional qualifications for the job that you do.
For example, we have 5 Levels of professional qualifications, that span City and Guilds and Chartered Management Institute, some aspect of HR may fall into that. Within Levels 3 - 4 we have Award, Certificate and Diploma grades. On successful completion of an Award within these levels you can apply to upgrade your qualification to Certificate and from the Certificate, upgrade to Diploma. Levels 5, 6 and 7 offer Certificate and Diploma grades. You may also have a business case to apply for a CIPD. Hope this information helps.
