I’m disabled with a speech impediment, cognitively 100% capable still. I’m based in Perth, Scotland, so remote work is probably the most realistic option for me. Can this information be passed to your HR team so I am kept in your records?

I’m a 46 year old disabled (MS), divorced and unemployed man. I couldn’t make the introduction more dramatic…🤦🏻 Just trying to rebuild my life, I have over 20 years full time, permanent office work experience. Mainly in accounts/bookkeeping and as a Business manager for Lloyds TSB (significant customer service experience), some more fancy stuff writing subscription based industry journals and trading commodities (Power and Gas) in the wholesale market…Good IT literacy, well read and I just about manage with basic Calculus… 😊 I am organised and diligent with excellent attention to detail and I’ve delivered multiple projects to tight deadlines. I am an honest and humble person. I’m generally an intellectual person -let’s say a bit “nerdy”…😊-, my speech is a bit slow, but clear, I’m cognitively 100% capable still. I’m kind, friendly, respectful, reliable, hardworking… In one word: Honorable!

    We wouldn't offer this service and HR would not keep this information on file for potential external candidates. However, when applying for a role with us, within the application there is a section for you to disclose any DDA information you feel would be relevant and a section where you can ask for support, or adjustments during the application/assessment process.
