Hi,

No, we would be unable to provide job descriptions ahead of time. These are drafted and reviewed by the vacancy holders as and when needed, this allows for the most up to date description and duties to be advertised as roles may develop and change over time.

Most vacancies will be posted for a full 2 week, so this gives you plenty of time to review, apply and potentially prep interview examples to align with the criteria

If job descriptions for closed roles cannot be provided, is there anything else future applicants can access to work on relevant skills/requirements in the meantime? I am not concerned about 2 weeks for applications not being enough. I'd like to be proactive and work on anything I could improve in the meantime whilst waiting for the right role to reopen.

I'd advise to look through our careers site, a lot of our business areas, professions and specific roles are on here. Some have videos, some have blogs, some have comprehensive info on what they are looking for and what the role involves.
