    Hi Olufemi - apologies for my delay in replying. I see Bal has replied to this today also. In addition to Bal's reply, from a personal perspective on my experience of Assessment Centres - try to be your authentic self during the exercise, stay calm, read the material thoroughly so you fully understand what is being asked of you. There wasn't much to do in terms of preparation - spend some time thinking about how you want to 'show up', your body language, clarity of voice and tone. Try to prepare holistically ahead of the assessment centre rather than worrying about the specifics of the task.
