Key Responsibilities - Deliver proactive supplier relationship management in line with agreed contract performance levels and customer requirements.
- Oversee supplier performance by ensuring the delivery of SLAs and KPIs through performance management and administration
- Develop high quality stakeholder relationships by building partnerships across the Estate
- Project management, delivering business critical support around project delivery
- Providing safe and compliant buildings. Ensure health and safety best practice is demonstrated at all times, whilst managing risk.
- Provide excellent customer service delivery and onsite support to all customers, taking proactive ownership to managing complaints
- Support the development of new Regional Centre whilst ensuring robust management of performance on existing buildings across the estate
Person specificationEssential Criteria To be successful in this position the post holder must be able to demonstrate significant recent experience including;
- Recent experience within a facilities management / contract management function
- Clear demonstration of FM Skills in both meeting customer needs and managing supplier relationships
- Demonstration of strong customer relationship management and customer service ethos
- Understanding key performance related schedules within contracts including assurance of KPIs/SLA's
If not already held, you must be willing to obtain IWIFM Certificate Level 4 or equivalent within 24 months of take up duty.
