As a In Year Reporting and Control Senior Officer within the CDIO Finance your expertise will be invaluable in financial monitoring, reporting and analysis on the current financial year and supporting the month end process, including identifying reasons for movements and variances.
You will ensure rigorous interrogation and challenge of financial data, conducting detailed analyses to provide important insights including trends, variances, issues, risks and opportunities.
Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive reports and templates for data collation and submission, supporting cost reduction initiatives and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with central finance colleagues and Finance Business Partners.

- Responsible for key month end control assurance for forecast and budgets, including liaison with Finance Management teams and HMRC Finance.
- Financial reporting packs production in Power BI, including continuous improvements and automation.
- Recharges process lead, including continuous improvement, assurance and automation.
- Conduct detailed analyses and interrogation of financial data to assure and verify standard financial reporting packs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and templates for data collation and submission.
- Support tracking of efficiencies, working collaboratively with and challenging Management Accountants and Finance Business Partners.
