Programme Information
MTD ITSA is an HMRC flagship program that will require significant EIS involvement to and beyond 2026 Mandation.
We are also in the process of planning and introducing HIP into MTD ITSA, we have a huge amount of new functionality to delivery, as well as migration from legacy platform support.
EIS have dedicated a Product led team for the ITSA program to ensure business success.
We required an experienced Lead Product Manager to continue to support the EIS success on the ITSA program to Mandation and beyond, as volume on the program scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to immediately hit the ground running.
- Dynamic and strong leadership to maintain the success of the existing high performing EIS ITSA team.
- Focus on vision, strategic and business objectives for ITSA and EIS.
- Excellent understanding of the existing MTD ITSA program.
- Build strong relationship and communication with EIS Delivery leads, Agile and Scrum lead coaches as well as the wider EIS community.
- Strong existing relationships with key ITSA business, ITD Program, backend HoDs and consumers stakeholders.
- Ability to input/assist into the wider EIS strategy on HIP and beyond.
- Have significant Agile experience guiding scrum teams that produce DES/IF and HIP APIs.
- Strategically and operationally lead EISs involvement in the ITSA program.
- Significant experience managing and mentoring Technical Business Analysts and/or Product Owners to meet business goals.
- Excellent people management skills to drive a wide range of technical and non-technical resources.
