Person specificationResponsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, setting clear objectives and providing coaching and support (specialist team only).
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with strategic recruitment goals for customer groups.
• Manage complex recruitment projects such alumni's, secondments, contingent labour, hiring manager training programmes and employer brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across CCG and the wider organisation, influencing recruitment decisions and strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Service recruitment principles and equality legislation.
• Continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment processes
• Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively.
Essential Criteria• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment supporting continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in building diverse talent pipelines for specialist or hard-to-fill roles using traditional and new sourcing techniques such as AI and CRM technology platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
