I've worked in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for a little over 10 years, supporting candidates from varied backgrounds through the career transition journeys. I've worked with candidates to understand what they can bring to an organisation and in line with their career aspirations, introduce them to compatible job opportunities. I've provided advise and guidance on best practice for writing strong and effective job applications, how to "stand out from the crowd" and interview technique and delivery.
