Main Motivation
Joining HM Revenue & Customs has been a massive change as I used to work in the private sector. You can feel the size of the company, we currently have nearly 70,000 employees and we are always trying to fill roles. There is a constant need to continue bringing in top talent. I like how my job varies and challenges me every day. I work with so many different hiring managers and fill a massive variety of roles, everyday I am learning about something new and being challenged to fill the position with the right candidate.

Greatest Achievement
When I worked in my previous company it was about to go through a massive amount of growth, the objective was to go from 350 headcount to 500 as quickly as possible to deliver a massive contract that we had just won with the Ministry of Defence. In my 2 years with the company we managed to get the headcount to 500 in around 1.5 years whilst competing with some heavy hitters in the Defence Engineering Industry.
